Give me the old stock bar. Here is a photo from a recent weekend. Before most of the ladies arrived. Take a look at the lower left hand corner to see Stock’s primary client base now. Gay strip club no more. RIP

Tales of Montreal's renaissance are greatly exaggerated. I was at Stock last weekend too and I could take the "ladies" in the audience if there were some dancers on stage at 9 pm on a Thursday --- a single dancer literally. There are long lags between dancers unlike in the good old days when it was non-stop....and the quality of dancers doesn't come even close to when Stock was at its prime. I can see hotter guys at my local gym -- and no airfare required.

If you’re curious about checking out a new stock bar, exploring something fresh is always fun. A good stock bar can set the tone for a great night—whether out with friends or just looking to unwind. The vibe often makes or breaks the experience, so if it’s got cozy lighting, good music, and friendly staff, that’s a win in my book.
Another thing to keep in mind is pricing. A place that offers a mix of affordable and premium options is ideal since it caters to everyone. It’s great if they have some unique or signature drinks on the menu, too—that makes it feel more special.
