Many pledges are cancelled within the last days

Dear friends!
My name is Dmitriy, I am familiar with Kickstarter since 2015 but now I am running my first campaign.
I have spent near 6 years to develop a technology to produce unusual 3d dials. Complicated but looks very cool in reality, which is difficult to show on pictures.
Due to no experience my pre-launch was not well done and kickstarter campaign is on the border to be successful or not. Few days left and I started to have many cancellations. Like 6 over last 2 days. Out of 100 backers.
What is your experience, with what it can be connected and maybe you can advice something how to stop or at least slow down this negative process? We already got 100% funded this morning and in the evening 3 people cancelled, we are again might be not successful. Sad.
What coudl you advise?
I will be extremely thankful for your support as well and offer a free add-ons (extra strap and strap engraving) in case of your support!
