$1 from 68,000 People

Hello from Astoria, New York!
I'm a comedian and writer attempting to bring a new play to an off-Broadway theater in late 2022.
In order to do that, I want to raise $68,000 (based on renting the Cherry Lane Theater in NYC for 5 weeks), but I want to hit that target by having 68,000 people pledging $1 each.
I want to limit the pledges to $1 to get more people interested in what I'm doing.
If 68,000 people invest $1 into the Kickstarter and only 10% continue to follow my career once the project is funded, that is still thousands of more people who will be interested in what I'm building than I currently have!
Something fun, unique, and certainly ridiculous! Let me know what you think!
