I put this together using an AR400 for a blade and teeth for small trees. Works well up to 6 " trees... A short kick because it's only 48 inches, so I'm going to go on and on, maybe 6 feet or even 8 feet.
The question is. Stay with the AR400 and the same design, or use something different?

I'm using both, although I would think you're using it for the AR400, it's the right stuff. I like the design. Have you considered using the top for cutting? I burn the point on it.

I have a loader. I don't see any real benefit in this attachment. A chain saw would cut much faster and with less effort than this device. Last fall, I cleared 1/4 acre of trees behind my house. It would be useless for me. I used my side bucket loader to move fallen trees, move piles of brush, and collect ammo to stack them in piles for splitting. I probably had a dozen or more trees measuring 6 inches or less, and each of them took only a few seconds to cut with a chainsaw. All the other 60 or so trees were too big to bother with this saw.

Hmm, I don't even know what to advise. In general, it depends on what you need. I don't use it often, because it's not particularly required in my garden, however, if something bad happens, I immediately call specialists. Last time (it was last summer) I had to clean two trees. At first I started sawing with a regular hand saw, but then I realized that something more serious was needed here. I took a chainsaw and started sawing with it. But it leaves a rough seam and I decided to turn to specialists. I have not done this before, but I realized that it is better to pay for the work of people who can do this work without harming the trees. I applied to
http://www.floydstreeservicebakersfield.com/ and they did everything to me. Now I constantly call the workers if there is some difficult work.
