Removing front carpet. To cut or not to cut?

So I pull out my carpet to dry it, finding serious leaks during the rain. The rear carpet wasn't a problem. I really don't want to do this.

Did anyone just cut out the carpet on the front? It looks like the cuts will be completely covered by the scraps, and the carpet is so hard that it should stay in place without a problem.

Trying to cut the carpet or fix it yourself is a very bad idea.
Carpets are woven from different materials and using different methods. You will not be able to repair it yourself, because the hand-made carpet is different from the factory one. My carpet is already quite old and it is very difficult to restore it to its original state, but I found a company that can help with this in a very short time.
I'm talking about dazzlingcarpetrepairs.com.au. They are great at repairing carpets for a small price. I was very pleased with their renovation.

Oh, man! Tell me about it. We had this huge flood in Seattle in the area I live due to a pipe that broke in conjunction with the heavy rain. My wife loves carpets, and we have a lot in the home as part of her decoration idea. As much as I love them too, they are very fragile and easy to stay in, so you can imagine the damage done to them after sewage water coming into the home. Our best solution was to call https://accelcleaning.com/carpet-cleaning-seattle/ and have them clean all the carpets that could be salvaged from this disaster.
