Hello everyone, the home cook is here, no professional gear - how do I make my cocktails more entertaining for the guests? Aside from using dry ice or interesting shaped glassware, what can I do? Pure ice is the stable in the house. One thing I'm doing now is making a caramel cage, which I first saw at a Machinist's in Chicago. I also make some flavored / colored ice cubes. I know that there are also edible bubbles in the Aviary. Any other ideas?

I love cocktails, I don't think I can make them myself.

Cocktails have long been an attribute of the most fashionable parties. As Hugh Laurie, who plays Dr. House, quipped, "If people learn how to mix cocktails, cocktails will teach you how to mix people in the same company." This format of pastime is suitable for any age and any occasion, and the strolling of guests around the hall with a cocktail glass in hand inevitably gives the event a special social gloss. My favorite cocktail of late is paradise cocktail which is very easy to prepare https://www.lolacovington.com/recipe/ra ... -cocktail/ . It is usually liked by all my friends and I advise you to try it!
