Will this tool help me, sure?

Sorry, but I don't think using this method is the best idea. The whole idea is to be able to use it to its full potential. Only in that situation can you use it without endangering your motorcycle. However, I believe that you can transport it even safer if you go for a good company.  Meanwhile, if you're really into bikes, you can easily rent one on scooter for rent in Greece while yours is transported. You'll be able to find the right ones for a reasonable price here. I've been renting from them for a while and have been very happy with the service they provide.
