I can say that I’m very concerned about what products I consume. Every time I find a new product that has a lot of positive reviews, I check it on different forums and also I talk with my doctor about it. Recently my doctor recommended me to start consuming bladderwrack. She told me that on https://druggenius.com/nutrition/bladde ... e-effects/ I will find a lot of information about its benefits and side-effects too.

There are thousands of nutrition facts that everybody is aware of, but sadly quite an impressive proportion of people don't respect them. I feel like the most basic ones would be "eating fruits and vegetables is going to improve your health condition, and "diets never work". Well, I tend to somehow disagree with both. Firstly, fruits have high sugar content. Secondly, diets do work. I mean, yeah, you don't just wake up and decide that you're not eating meat anymore, or your diet is going to consist of only vegetables. Let's think about the keto diet. It helps lots of people to lose weight. But, I feel like you have to get the right health coach who will educate you about all these diets, and you gotta chose together with the coach the diet that fits you the most. At least, that's what I believe!
