Photo Restoration Question

We came across 9 old family photos that were recorded (UGH!!) in an album. In 2 images, the tape runs across the face. Does anyone know anything about the quality of Costco's Photo Recovery Services? Any suggestions where we could get a reasonable price, quality service would be welcome. Thanks

Hello, currently in 2020 we have got lots of software that helps to do an automatic photo restoration even for free, sure if you can pay you can get a bit better quality of a job which has been done, but still, if you need to colorize old photos there are lots of apps and tools which you can find just in one click by googling, you can use any when find. Meanwhile, I can suggest you a quick photo restoration in some automatic photo online editor which I have been using also for the last two years for free when I needed to, and it amazed me by its easy and very fast work black and white photo colorizer
