I want to listen the story how you made this. However, I can recommend with big confidence the specialists from https://cameronmch.com/services/orthopaedics/, because they are the best in this domain. They know their work, and I was treated by them twice when I had problems with my knees. Now I am in a perfect form and I can run without problems. GO to them and you won't regret this decision. I hope that I helped you with a good advice. I will wait for your history about how you bent your ankle.

I am not the doctor. You should go to one if you want to treat your ankle hurts. Go to the doctor right now.

This is not a serious injury, so it doesn't make sense for you to contact an orthopedist. Just he will look at your ankle and prescribe you some of the most expensive ointments. As you said, you injured your leg while running. Most likely, this is a typical sprain, and you just need to wrap the sleeve around your ankles. After a couple of weeks, you will stop feeling pain in your ankle and will be able to continue running. I've injured my ankles a dozen times in my entire sporting career. In the first four times, I went to the orthopedist, and later when I was injured, I already knew that in addition to remaininthegame.ca nothing will help me.
