Really on one hand delighted on other cynic is wondering why! Out of the blue HSBC sent a letter saying they were reviewing charges and interest on accounts that should not have been applied enclosing a cheque .It pertains to my mortgage !! Anyone else heard of this and should I graciously accept or investigate ?

If I were in your situation, I would certainly accept it. Congratulations!

To be honest, it sounds really strange. Why didn't they give you this information earlier, when you were presented all the documents? If I were in your situation, I would contact the bank or a specialist in this field. Also, it would be a good option if you consult a mortgage broker, in order to clarify the situation and find out whether to accept the reviewed charges or not. For this reason you can write to
Mortgage Broker London. I had a nice experience with this company, so I can definitely tell you that they can deal with every mortgage scenario possible.

I had an almost similar situation but I didn't know that there are services that can tackle such issues.

If I was you I would have contacted them and ask why they didn’t say that in the beginning. I believe you should contact a great broker that will help you with that. I know a great website that provided me with all the information about
mortgage lenders in America. I will attach you the link so you may find more information about them. Maybe they could help you solving and clarifying the problem.

https://www.remonttilainaa.com( The cheapest way to loan money) is if you try remonttilainaa.com. This is the best website, in loan domain. I wanted to renovate my house, this week and I needed some money, that I didn`t have. So I made a loan from this company, for a short period of time, with the best payment rate method. I agree it`s hard to find the best company to loan money, but I guarantee this is the cheapest. I recommended it to all my friends and they are all happy about this.
