There's a lot in the market. To identify yours go on a page and search for their contributor option. Mentioning the contributors(i.e page designer, marketing companies etc.) name is a common practice.

Definitely what Zwuits suggested to start! You can see what kind of aesthetics people are creating just by scouring through the different campaigns that you like.
If the designer isn't listed, I'd encourage you to reach out directly to the campaigner of the project you've been following. Every single campaigner that I've come across in my years in crowdfunding has been more than happy to chat about their project and provide tips/advice to help others with their campaigns. The first step is to ask.
Beyond that, check out Fiverr and just type in "Kickstarter design", "Indiegogo design", "crowdfunding campaign page", or "crowdfunding page" - you'll definitely get a lot of hits on there.
