An important issue. There's a huge spike in mental health admissions since 2011. Roughly coinciding with when smartphones were first handed out like candy.
Most parental control software is garbage (and the kids bypass it easily). It's not that hard of a problem to solve. Cut it at source. Sunglasses for the Internet.
