Kickstarter Newbie

Greetings! This is my first Kickstarter I have ever done and I am now 10 days into it and 16% funded. I think I was too optimistic thinking most of my friends and family would be happy to chip in with $5-$10 and I could easily reach my goal. Some in my family have helped and I appreciate that and a few of my friends but other than that....
I am posting the link to see if those of you who have run successful campaigns can offer any suggestions.

I’m new to kickstarter also. I just created my first campaign for my project. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to insert my kickstarter link on here or not so if anybody knows let me know please.

I also need advice I kept thinking if I can just get a few people to donate $10 I’ll reach my goal. But so far a lot of maybes and nothing to add to my campaign. So some advice would be greatly appreciated.
