My First Campaign.. Advice??

Whats up people!! I am in the middle of my campaign and looking for advice!
Conversions are slow right now. We changed a few things on our campaign and want "kickstarter savvy" people to take a look at it.

Congrats on overfunding. Wow you've used quite a few agencies, which one worked best?
In terms of advice, I'd say focus on the value your Super Early Bird's bring and how limited they are.
Also just continually pitch and outreach. Look at your own network, the agencies who are working with you and continue with it.

I think it's all about promoting the campaign reward perks on your social media, it is best to remain active with bits, or "sneak peeks,' at what is offered. At times, people enjoy a small teaser and will be drawn to your campaign with curiosity.
