Hi All -
Just found this forum and LOVE it.

I'm currently running my fourth Kickstarter campaign and we're doing well, but I have a question: How can I make my project's main image an animated GIF. I uploaded a gif, but it's not animated like some of the other projects I've seen.

I think it depends on the size of the file, you could try to compress it and try again.
