Hi guys ♡
I just wanted to share a couple of things i am.doing at the moment.
I have started a page called A journey to hope where i am sending "happy post" to those currently struggling with mental health issues issues to try and spread a little hope as i know what it is like to be in the depths of despair and sometimes the smallest of things can help ♡
https://m.facebook.com/mentalhealthreco ... =bookmarks

I have also written a book on my own journey
which has been long with anorexia, bipolar, ocd and anxiety resulting in numerous hospital admissions.
I wanted it to be honest. No rags to riches or heirs and graces just a true account of the mind of someone struggling and alsonthe battles with the system! Some terrible treatment and coming out the other side.

Id SO appreciate your views. Especially as i am now on a second facebook ban from poating in groups which is SO frustrating when doing something like this and i now cant facebook promote for a week :(

Hi- really interesting project page by the way- for my campaign I did just about manage to look at the camera but still felt like an idiot, it's hard to make a good Kickstarter video, yet even without dialogue your's was beautifully colourful and creative.
I just wanted to give you my luck for your campaign- I now know how much work and effort goes into launching and maintaining one- especially when it's for a specific reason or cause such as yours.
Good luck with your campaigning

Harvey

I remembered how many books and videos I watched about depression while even the best psychologists could not help me. I myself did not understand what was happening to me. This happened after a three-year relationship with my girlfriend and you can’t even imagine how I felt at that moment. It was so hard for me that I just wanted to commit suicide. You can't imagine what it would be like to wake up every morning and dream of dying ... I just can't talk about it. Thus, I continued to exist for more than 3 months and as a result, teas with super indo kratom (u can read the review about this at https://thegoldenmonk.com/kratom-strain ... om-review/) cured my soul. I don't know how it works, but I started to feel like a completely different person.

I wish someone else could send me his opinion

There are several ways to deal with stress and other nervous system disorders that lead to poor mental health. The mental health of almost everyone in the 21st century is very shaky and requires, if not treatment, then at least preventive means. I have been mentally unstable since I was 13 years old and it makes me uncomfortable. In order not to feel helpless and crazy, I take kratom red vein. I learned about it from an aunt who came from Asia a few years ago. It saddens me that so many people don't know about this remedy, because it was the one that helped me cope with my problems

Mental health is essential for general well-being and is just as important as physical health. Physical and psychological health are closely linked. There is no health without mental health. And to take care of it with a subscription at https://www.iinsight.biz/ with a health clinic software that everyone needs. Whenever I fainted, I called because I have heart problems, and with their help with a lot of work from the doctors, the health problem that I had was solved, but I still keep in touch when there is some discomfort.
