Is "Spark PR" legit or scam?

So I was googling for a good PR firm that specializes in crowdfunding, and I saw these guys pop up:
https://sparkpr.comTheir rate is the typical $10k per month retainer. Seems to be the average for pr based on my research online. But that’s no small sum for any company… Has anyone use this firm? Please advise!

Wow those must be some big companies if they can afford 10,000 per month... And I thought $200 was expensive

Yeah they seem to be in the top tier price range. I don't think many on here can afford that so I doubt you'll get much feedback from us here.

Yeah, anyone charging $10,000 a month is clearly a scam. That is more than what most of us on here make in a year
