Contacting Kickstarter

Does anyone know how to contact Kickstarter directly by phone rather than through customer support?

I also have tried to do this and failed. Customer support can take a while to respond. I also find the campus to be not very helpful hence my being here

They only way to contact them is through email.

Yep. There's no way to contact customer support other than through support@kickstarter.com. My employer has some additional e-mailing addresses for select Kickstarter personnel, but no telephone numbers whatsoever.

Yes, the only way is through their email address. They are located in Brooklyn though, in case you are in NYC.
