First step i'm make a physical prototype , getting a law protection.
But what next ?
I heard about kickstarter but it's hard way for me.
I don't know what to do with money and I don't know how calculate project.
I have understand, prototype and serial gadget it's a different things.
If i get a million dollars i can do nothing. Because i don't know how money can help me with my project.
Can some one know what to do ?

Okay so there are a lot of questions I see. I can address one or two.

You have a few funding options.
1. Friends and family. They could invest, give you a loan, or give it to you.
2. Angel investor(s).
3. Your customers pre-ordering the gadget via Kickstarter
4. Getting a loan.

If you're going the Kickstarter route, you absolutely need to have your manufacturing and shipping plan down before launching the campaign. You have to find out how to make it most effectively, where to make it, etc. It's a research process. I think that this comes after your physical prototype.

This way, when you do raise money on Kickstarter, you'll be able to make good on your promises. People will be expecting the gadget in the mail.

There will be input costs like labor, materials, shipping etc, and other costs like marketing and advertising. Most creators use spreadsheets for this.

I think firstly, you should learn about gadget manufacturing. You can join gadget forums or any forums related to gadget manufacturing. You will find some people who can help you there. You don't need to rush. Try to learn the details: the material, the design etc. It will take time for sure. It took me about 6 months to develop my product.
You can also try to find a partner who understands about gadget manufacturing to make it easier for you.

If you have had a prototype, can I know how could you produce your prototype? Was your prototype produced by a factory or by yourself?

Are you looking for a manufacturer that can produce your prototype? if yes
- you can do internet research. I think you can start looking for gadget factories in Japan, Korea or China. Find 10 -15 factories.
- you can send emails to them, show your prototype and ask for the quotation.
- you should decide which country you will produce your gadgets. And find at least 3 gadget factories in that country. If you choose Japan, then you should find 3 factories in Japan.
- email them and arrange a factory visit.
- have factory visits and compare them.
- you can decide which factory is the best based on their quality control, product quality and price.

i tried search gadget maker forum without success.
How many you know ?

I tried to find one for you but i don't know whether it's suitable for you or not. My project is a watch project not a gadget project. Good luck.
