Buy One Give One Model - Eligible?

Hi guys,
I'm part of a team looking into a project we'd like to launch on Kickstarter and we are keen to use the Buy One Give One(B1G1) model for the business. It is a for-profit business (much like TOMS), but the B1G1 is a huge part of the story.
I am really struggling to figure out if this is eligible or if Kickstarter will view it as a charity. I've found a few campaigns that used it;

Only the first one (Passion Planner) would have received large-scale exposure. What do you guys think? Would B1G1 fit within their terms or could it be viewed as a charitable donation?
