Should I spend money on promotions?

Hi guys,
I have 21 days to go with little success. There are loads of services around to help kickstarter users promote their project, but I'm wondering if this would actually help. I also send out tweets and spread the word on FB with no success. Is there something fundamentally wrong with my project or do I just need more people to see it?

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Of course its always worthwhile to spend some money on advertising to get the word out. Your goal is very small though so I imagine that any advertising campaign would be a large percentage of your actual goal.
If you create a new bing ads campaign they will give you fifty dollars free for advertising - try using that.
Also if you decide to advertise, I would just use traditional methods like facebook ads, sponsored twitter posts - I haven't heard anything good about the 'crowdfunding specialists'
Hope it helps.
Alan

I think you should, only if the design for banners/contents is good and attractive. Other than that, avoid using any social networks including twitter and facebook for design. Its not worth it. I've done my research on this and I can assure you the result will be terrible.
