my name is Filippo, few days ago I've launched my first kickstarter campaign.
It is not going well, so I absolutely need to understand my errors.

What do you have to say for those who complaint about a lot of angry emails from contacting those editors from your lists? Apparently the editors dont appreciate the emails. What make you feel its good for the campaign owner to use your service?

For Flippo, look for other successful project owner. Ask them what they did. They will share a thing or two. Eg : Editors who are open enough to write some good reviews etc. You can even ask them to post your project to their customer base by pledging $50 or so as token of gratitude. Learn about it.

The complaint about the angry emails from editors was posted in this forum, shortly after we launched Krowdster. We've also replied to that post that the issue is resolved. Krowdster is no longer sending emails to the journalists and editors, instead campaign owners can download the Media Lists and do the media outreach themselves.

I can tell you that I was lost with your video to start with. It wasnt until I scrolled down and watched your screen capture videos that I was like, Oh thats cool. I dont know how many people would scroll down to check the videos out. They may have clicked the main video, saw an owl and a penguin sending texts and you may have lost them. I think you need to clean up the video a bit but the product looks neat.
