Does Preview Link = Live Link?

Hey all, I can't remember. When Kickstarter generates a preview link, is that going to be the live link when it goes live? I want to make sure since I'm creating QR codes and printing out promotional material.
Here's my preview link. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/in ... n=eee95734 Note that it's still a while away from being workable, but I just want to know if this will be the same as the live link when I click that big old go button.
