Has anyone run a 24 hour only reward?

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/versi/2135169043?token=04e336d6 is launching soon and I'm thinking of running the lowest reward for the highest value for the first 24 hours of the campaign. Backers who have expressed an interest and want to be notified will have the first chance to get the whole system at the lowest price. Once the 24 hours is up, the reward is "sold out".
Any thoughts?

I posted a reward special for the "$4th of July" - $4 got you something special if you pledged between 12:01am and 11:59pm on Independence Day.

Looks like it didn't do very well :[ Maybe the special reward should have read 24 HOURS ONLY or something like that.
