Can you cancel after goal is reached?

Does kickstarter allow you to cancel your campaign after the goal is reached but before the campaign ends?
I realize that would be an unusual thing to do, but I imagine there are cases where it could make sense. (like an unexpected life event).
EDIT: Or if someone has an ongoing campaign right now and has met their goal, would you mind checking for me to see if the cancel button is still there?
