I saw businesses/bloggers use it for promotion but i've never seen anyone mentioned about using it for the kickstarter campaign. Did anyone had experience ?

I managed to get over 100 followers over the last few weeks, not sure how many of them are actual backers.

So, I've never tried it for a Kickstarter. Neil Patel, the founder of QuickSprout did a pretty good breakdown on what works well on Instagram.

I agree with the author that Instagram users like visually flashy photos. In a way, Instagram is a perfect platform for showing off.
