Hey guys,
So I found my project on the staff picks page last night and found that the @ksr_staff twitter account (not sure if they're official or not but they live tweet all staff picks) tweeted our project on Oct 1.
I'm just concerned because Kickstarter never notified me. Why would this be? Should I go ahead and assume it's safe to tell everyone?

I just backed you. Ok, so I noticed you don't have many updates. Keep those coming! Start with an exciting announcement, maybe even on video that you are a staff pick, show the video screen or do a screenshot... and then make sure you're updating everyone with interesting new things as much as possible. Even kinks, hurdles, and how you overcome them...stories of how you were inspired..or whatever to keep the interest high.

Nope, we were chosen without doing anything...very exciting! I got in touch with them and they confirmed that we're definitely a Staff Pick so hopefully that'll help with our campaign!

We're the Featured project in Design! So awesome.
How long does this last and does anyone have any more information about what this means? Will we be in any of the emails?

I was thinking about writing them but then will my slow attraction rate affect this?

I would say about 79 of our 84 backers are from people we know. Have you tried promoting your project to family and friends?
