Promising Free Sample for Bloggers

Hey everybody,
In generating publicity for my campaign, I've noticed that many bloggers want a promise of a free sample of the product if the campaign is successful. Does anyone have any ideas about how to best decide who to promise one to? It obviously doesn't pay to promise all of them. I've found Alexa scores for each blog I'm submitting to but was wondering if anyone had any other insight.

In other news, our campaign starts in 8 days! Getting excited!

There are a few ways to figure out how authoritative a blog is.

1. Alexa ranking (as you discovered)
2. Put their url into Moz explorer to see their domain authority: http://moz.com/researchtools/ose
3. Put their domain into BuzzSumo to see how many social shares they are getting for articles: http://www.buzzsumo.com
4. Put their domain into SEMRush to see how much search engine traffic they are getting. http://www.semrush.com/
5. Use InkyBee: http://www.crowdcrux.com/researching-a- ... h-inkybee/

Ultimately, it comes down to a judgement call on your part.
