Does anyone go from Kickstarter to GoFundMe?

After my Kickstarter campaign is successful *crosses fingers* I am considering keeping up a Gofundme so that people can donate and I can make smiles for them to share so that we can share with even more of the world. Does this seem like a good idea? Has anyone done anything similar?

This actually does sound like a good idea in my opinion. I think that if you do this, it will still allow your project to be "alive". I also recommend looking into Etsy. You might be able to work on there if you can get a fan base and have it promoted by more people.

You could also have a PayPal donate button on your website or a patreon. Have seen people use crowd tilt open to continue fundraising also.

You could also use patreon.com which is another crowdfunding site which allows people to pay you monthly
