Trouble Shoot - Can't Connect to Amazon Pmts

Hi, I've alerted Kickstarter to this problem 3 times and I still cannot connect to the Amazon payment system. I have logged in and properly put in everything that was asked for and each time I get a red font message stating, "Oops, something went wrong."

No one has gotten back to me. And I have tried to connect over 20 times now.

Anyone experienced this and how did you handle?

PS I logged out, I logged in. I logged out again. I changed credit cards. I did all sorts of things to try and get it to work. Even though it was right all the way through, and even though I've verified the other 2 ways, amazon payments have not been and will not verify and connect.

Hi Aleisha!

There seems to be many problems with the Amazon payment system thing. I had issues and I searched it up online and many other people had issues too. I would try again tomorrow, but I would reset your computer first. If it still doesn't work contact Amazon. That's what I did (they were saying my account couldn't be created and it was locked) and they helped me and I was able to start my first campaign! I hope that you get your account situation fixed!

Thanks RWP. I hope they do. It's my 3rd time contacting them to no avail. I'll delete all my cookies and try again. Any other tips they gave you?
