hey Jayson is your technology patented?

This is really cool and should be doing a lot better than it is. Did you reach out to freinds and family to get them to support you early on?

Your shirts don't look real in the pics...too bright. Just post real pictures.

I would refilm the video in higher quality as well. you are a bit pixelated.

Also emphasize the technology less and the effect more. People don't care how it works as long as it does.

What a great product, hope all shirts are like this some day!

You could create a series of viral comedy videos and see how well they do. Somebody throwing eggs at you and having them slide right off with no stain, but leaving your face just covered in egg. Someone coming up behind you with a giant bucket of kool-aid and they dump it on your head right before you are about to walk into a meeting. You walk into the meeting with a perfectly clean shirt, but a stained red face. Maybe a scenario playing out where a girl throws her glass of wine on the guy, and it just bounces right off. Some fun stuff to do with these shirts.

Also it doesn't really say why you need the number $20,000, and what that $20,000 will do for you. Do you need it to purchase equipment? Is that to get your first order started? I think a more direct answer as to where that money is going should be visible.

Great idea! I'd whip up more articles of clothing in this material and show actual people in a variety of life circumstances, including babies, wearing and enjoying the shirts. Moms with kids in particular would welcome changing their kids' clothes less and doing less laundry.

There no doubt that the tech is cool, but you're missing style! ...and the price. The alternative to buying one stain resistant shirt is buying 12-15 fruit of the loom shirts with different colors. I would try to bring those prices down, add a cool Glisstyal logo, and/or maybe make a polo or a hat out of the material. Keep at it and good luck!

That is some cool stuff! The only thing I could think of is that solid colored shirts probably do not appeal to people who likes to have graphics on their tees. If it's possible to print graphics on the shirt, be sure to mention that on your page (especially when wholesalers could find this profitable).

Also, you could present it in such ways it appeal to certain type of people. For example, the food service industry where spills are likely to happen, or outdoorsy campers who could find this useful in damp environments.

Hope these help, and best of luck!

Kickstarter is about people. You created a project page about things.

I haven't watched your project video - nor does the page tempt me to click on it. Why would I want to click on what comes across in static form as a boring commercial?

If it can resist any liquid-based spills, then what are we talking about, here? The demise of wet t-shirt contests?
