We have a startup in the lighting/technology space and its a really great product that has already been adopted by a few local government agencies. (We are just coming out of the prototype stage)

We are struggling from lack of funding.

I am one of three partner owners of this new business.

My question is: Can I launch a campaign without permisssion/agreement of the other partners?

The money will of coursebe used for the project and to grow the business, but if I orchestrate a successful campaign, Id like to have some control over exactly HOW the funds are leveraged.

You can launch a campaign by yourself but I would not recommend it. If you are a equal partner you should always have some control.

No, it is not good for you. At least for once you should ask to your partners about this campaign. Can you please tell us that which type of campaign you want to run for your business?
