Best time to submit your camapign?

Good Morning Folks,
I haven't come across this question and as we near submitting our campaign I suddenly thought about it,
Does submission of a campaign happen instantly or does it take for e.g. 24 hours to be approved etc?
Nay insights help would be greatly appreciated

I think it's a good question and one that would determine the timing of your submission. I'm a week away myself and fretting over what time of day to send emails to contact to try to promote our video game.

Thanks for the reply. We're in the same boat!
I did some more digging around in the Kickstarter FAQ and found some topicsI hadn't come across before, probably being a bit tired the last time I looked.
Hopefully that will give you some answers, its a bit vague on specifics as there are number of factors that they assess.

Not a dumb question at all. I plan on launching my Kickstarter soon and this is something I would love to know.

Submission takes a few days as mention when you apply but mine took 24hours

My first Kickstarter project took a day and a half to be approved by Kickstarter.
...second campaign 4 or 5 days (yes, it really did take this long. Not sure why)
...third campaign took 12 hours
Can't remember the days/times I submitted though.
Here's what I do...
I get a basic, "skeleton" version of the project ready and submit that ...and keep working on the page. This way I am ready to launch whenever I want to.
Kickstarter are only approving the concept of your project really. Not every little word, picture, etc ...so you can keep adding and changing as much as you want after it's approved.

Its a good question at all. I think it takes some time to approve it. I can't say anythng confirm about it as I am also going to launch my first project. This is my first experience.
