iOS Kickstarter App & email notifications

I much prefer the KS app......but I can't find out how to turn off email notifications for messages. So when someone messages me I get two notifications. an email saying so and so messaged me and another notification from the app itself. How can I rectify that

In your app, go to the "Profile" tab, then you'll see "Settings" right below messages. Click on settings and you'll see "Project updates" with a letter icon and a phone icon. Tab the icon to toggle on/off.

Right, but what about messages. Not project updates. Like if I am messaging the seller. We are talking about add ons and shipping etc.

Ah, I see. I've looked thru both app and website and I'm not finding it. Possibly they don't have that level of control implemented yet. If you do find it, let me know where
