No response from KS in over two weeks (tech project)

Hi - anyone have this issue with Kickstarter? We submitted a project back on Nov 1st and we didn't hear back anything at all. We later sent 3 follow-ups to the "specialist" through the website contact form and still nothing.

We verified it's "in the queue" as it says "submitted on nov 1, status pending" on the review page.

The project is in technology (it's a new electronic widget) and we did follow all the guidelines but for some reason no one is getting back to us.

Is there anything we can do to escalate this?

From what others have said, you just need to wait it out. For some projects, it can take up to a month to get a response. You could also tweet the Kickstarter account?

Thanks - I thought I'd update this. It was just accepted 30 minutes ago - it took 17 days overall. They might want to update their guidelines as to how long the process takes :)
