I'm sure this has been asked before, but I hope you can help!

I'm nearly ready to launch my campaign, but can't link Amazon Payments to Kickstarter. Amazon Payments confirms that my account is verified and I'm sure I'm using the same account that I set up on Kickstarter, but it continues to show up there as unverified.

The Kickstarter FAQ says to reset the token, but their instructions don't match the page. There is no "blue continue button" on the Accounts page. There is no way to reset ANYTHING. I can't even change my phone number on that page (which has changed).

I've written to Kickstarter, but got no response and I really want to launch soon. How can I fix this? Help!

Have you considered calling Amazon?

Thanks. It took days of going back and forth between Kickstarter and Amazon. I spent a LOT of time on the phone with Amazon. I'm not sure what finally did it or what the problem was, but it did get resolved and I'm connected, approved, submitted and cleared for take off!
