Looking for feedback for my Kickstarter Campaign

Hi there everyone!
I am trying to figure out what I can be doing, really pushing, to help keep the momentum going for my campaign before it fizzles out.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/bu ... ef=eife7d
I have FB ads going, the conversions aren't so great though, 2K clicks only 2 backers (that the referral link anyway)
I started really high, like $250 a day, but I barely got to $125 first day. But it was a terrible ROI, so dropped it down to $50 immediately. Still, it's not doing so great. But it's roughly $0.18 per click, $250 spent...
So, I'll probably drop it down again and tweak the audience until I am satisfied. It sucks, because these targets worked great pre-launch, I was able to generate 700 leads from it.
So, other than ads, and cross-promotions (which I am in the works with several projects), what can I be doing?
I am doing all the social marketing I can.

I might have gone way too ham on social media though.
I've exhausted all my leads on Discord, social media, content creators. Media is super hard to get noticed by...but I've reached out along with my Press Release on Gamespress.
So, it might be that a) my project just isn't for everyone, b) my video sucks (it was a bit last minute, and the two trailer editors I hired both failed me...so I had to do it myself the week prior) or c) maybe my campaign page needs work.
I would greatly appreciate any and all feedback!
Thanks
