Enventys Partners

I have been doing research to find the best marketing partner. I noticed that Enventys is listed as a expert on MailChimp:
https://mailchimp.com/experts/enventys-partners/I am not sure how much weight this holds though. Yes MailChimp is a big newsletter provider, and yes it's also kind of cool that they have an experts section just like Indiegogo and Kickstarter does. But I can't really tell if this is something they paid to be listed as.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that it is recommendations for email newsletter related marketing, not crowdfunding.
