Has someone used PR distribution services like pr newswire, erelease, newswire for kickstarter launch etc. If yes, what is the best PR distribution service beside these 3?. Second question, When we should submit PR release? when launching or in the middle of campaign?

The best time for distributing a press release is when your campaign is at least 30% funded and you should aim to reach these 30% within the first week. Main reason for this is that editors prefer to publish success stories.
You can also announce the launch of your campaign with a PR at the day of launch but this is tricky because you will have to have an exciting new product or service to get the editors to pick your PR.

Something to keep in mind with any PR distribution service is that while they may distribute your press release to their network, there's no guarantee you'll actually get press coverage.
While creating a press release is a great idea, you're often times better off promoting it yourself to relevant sources you can contact directly.
Here are two great lists of sources to submit your own PR:

https://www.hyperstarter.com/find-crowdfunding-influencers

As far as when to submit a PR, make sure you're giving press outlets enough time to write, edit, publish and share your story. Depending on their article queue, that can sometimes take a couple weeks, so within the first week of your campaign is ideal.

Best of luck! :)

Promoting this yourself is time consuming.

I could say yes, but it can be considered a shameless promo and also the purpose of the forum is sharing advice. What I can say is that at Krowdster you get your PR copy written for you and the press release is distributed, and guaranteed to be published, on 350+ syndicated online journals. It is also submitted to Associated Press journals and if you combine it with Krowdster highly targeted media list you'll get a top quality service. If you want more info feel free to message me.

What the report will include once the pr is submitted thorough krowdster?. Will the report shows URL where the PR has been published?

Yes, the report includes links to all journals that have published your press release.

Thanks for the plug and I know Brian F too!

I think they're more into Press Releases which is different.

I'd suggest putting one together at prelaunch, just to build up buzz and one on the day you launch.

Use something like PrWeb.com

So people says that submitting PR on pre launch is not worth it. Any one here has submitted in the prelaunch? any experience, comments?
