How can I target backers based in the U.K. only?

Currently most of my traffic is coming from the USA, but with my pledges being in £ not $ this could be a big reason my traffic isn’t converting.

I can’t afford to do Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads don’t convert to click throughs.

Social Media & Twitter might be the best, if on a budget... You can search for people who mention your keywords and the use specifics to narrow down the audience by cities and countries.
