Looking for a marketing service that'll generate some sort of ROI for my campaign

My advice is to avoid
Crowd PR based on reviews I have read. If you can't afford a top tier agency like
Agency 2.0 then your best bet is to hire out for small freelancers who specialize in one specific task. Can get great results that way.
