Set-up the same shipping destinations for all reward levels

Our upcoming campaign will have six reward levels and we will be shipping to around 40 countries. Is there a way to set our shipping destination countries and apply that setting to all reward levels without adding each country to each level? Adding 40 countries to six levels sounds very inefficient.
