Can't post?

Hi!
I have posted before in the forums but now I don't see a button enabling me to start a topic/thread on the boards?
Did I misbehave?
Or, more likely, I'm missing something!

Hmm... I use the administration feature to test out your permissions and I was able to see the "new topic thread" in the forums (when you are in a forum, top left button that says "New topic" under the forum title)
Do you see it?

@iaak You must comment on 3 posts before you are able to create your own thread. Let me know if the issue persists.

Wow I wish I would have read this before trying to see every feature of why I could not post. Did not realize I have to reply to 3 forum questions before I can post something.

Sorry - I tried to make it apparent with the "Forum rules (for new users)" thread in each forum. Do you have any ideas to make this more clear to new users?
