BEST WAY: To Increase Strength in FOREHAND and BACKHAND

My forehand is pretty straightforward eastern grip, backhand is slice and some flat but not much and I need to increase POWER on both of this, how will lifting weights help say a dumbbell on the right arm or what else.

The main thing is to train both hands evenly and synchronously, otherwise you will look stupid if one hand is larger than the other
