Regaining Confidence after Decking

A few months ago I had 2 pieces pop, and I decked from about 20 feet. Fortunately I ended up being totally fine, but it definitely scared me, and I’m having trouble rebuilding confidence. Any tips from people that have gone through similar situations?

First off, should you have confidence? Is it the nature of the route or did you place bad gear?

Gear wasn’t great but that’s because the placements were blind. So, nature of the route I guess.

I moved into a new house 3 years ago and as soon as I moved in I wanted to build a deck for it to look more beautiful and complex. I didn't know anything about building a deck so I was pretty scared too. My friend suggested I contact the guys from walshlandscaping.co.uk. After visited their site and watched some of their work I was confident they would build me a nice and durable deck. They finished work in 2 months or so and I never doubted the quality of the deck since. I suggest you also look for a company that you will be confident in and you will never lose confidence or doubt the work that has been done.
