Our film's backer dropped out last week, so I literally was forced to put together a kickstarter in a day. That being said, it's worked out better than I had expected. We're close to 50% funded in a little under a week. However, those have just been donations from friends and family of the crew. Does anyone have any advice on how to start getting donations from real backers who might feel passionately about the project?
