Cross-promotion at a convention

Hello everyone,
I attended an a event called Keycon to promote my card game. Prior to the convention, I contacted all the hospitality suites (themed rooms that give away free food to attendees) and got them to agree to a raffle program. I gave out raffle tickets to attendees that users could then take to the hospitality suites to get them stamped. They then return the raffle cards to me (branded with my kickstarter) and I tear the ticket in half and give them the Crop Cycle branding back.
I gave away board games at the end of the event, had everyone at the convention talking about the event and my game and left the event having demonstrated the game to 100+ attendees.
