Rock Steady is an action/adventure novel about music and its impact on the world. The people within the world fight each other using their instruments to become the god of the universe, the "Soul King". The story follows 16 year old, Heiwa Maverick, as he transitions through school hoping to be a rockstar. He thought he was just a normal blonde haired sophomore in LA until he learns that his guitar actually contains the power of two powerful souls within it. He soon learns there are other teens, like him, with strange instrumental powers, all fighting for the title of Soul King- The sole controller of the universe with the power to reshape and mold the world in any way they see fit. A fateful encounter with a "Soul Wielder" awakens young Heiwa's true powers. Now a secret organization name "The Vice" plans to destroy all living beings and create a utopia for those they deem worthy. The world of Rock unfolds here!
