My Campaign, Zcan wireless will go live next week, and considering to do giveaway, but when should we do it ?
Start ? Middle or End ?

If you're doing a giveaway to build up an email list, I would do it before you launch the campaign and then use stretch goals in the middle of the campaign and early bird tiers to incentivize.
